What does the ticket include
Tickets permit entry to the Palm House only. There is no access to any of the other Glasshouses. Access to the Garden, before or after your Palm house visit, is free.
Do I need to book in advance
To guarantee your preferred entry time, we recommend that you book your tickets in advance. Certain time slots do book out quickly.
When I go to select my tickets, my preferred time slot does not appear
The booking system will only show you time slots that have capacity for the number of tickets available
Why are certain time slots not available on a certain day
This slot could already be sold out, pre-booked for a school group, scheduled maintenance.
